At the south end of Skaha Lake lies Okanagan Falls or as it’s known locally, OK Falls. Historically an industry town dominated by a large lumber mill, after the mill closed in the early 2000’s many new industries have moved here to take advantage of its central location and hard-to-find industrial land. Just outside of town however, the area is blessed with jaw-dropping scenery including Skaha Lake, Vaseau Lake, Peachcliff mountain and the surrounding vineyards. Over 15 wineries call OK Falls home including stalwarts: Liquidity, Noble Ridge, See Ya Later Ranch, Wild Goose and more. Don’t sleep on this “sleepy” town.
There is a wide variety of properties - from lower-end townhouses to multi-million waterfront and acreage estates, OK falls has a lot to offer while only being a short drive to Penticton or Oliver.
