  • A pre-sale inspection will help to understand every potential issue and have a plan to deal with each item
  • Offer presentations, negotiations and acceptance
  • Determine all acceptable terms including closing and possession dates
  • Work through due dilligence (subject conditions)  including inspection, appraisal,
  • Condition removal and the sale goes FIRM!
  • Arrange closing appointment with the lawyer a week to 10 days before completion date.
  • Cancel utilities, home insurance to line up with Adjustment Date
  • Confirm Completion Date (Registration, money transfer day done through the lawyer)
