Larry is a seasoned professional with a business degree from SFU and many years of marketing experience at major Canadian brands as well as a small business owner and building owner. A native of Vancouver, BC, Larry moved to Penticton after visiting the area for more than 20 years following his passion for the outdoors and real estate. Involved in the construction industry at an early age through the family business, and as a part of many successful real estate transactions both as investments and residences, he brings his diverse experience and negotiation skills to every deal.

An avid cyclist, Larry is often found either on his mountain bike or road bike exploring his favourite trails and backroads. Summer brings lots of water activities including stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, water skiing and fishing. In the winter, skiing, hiking and cross-country skiing dominate his free time.
